To celebrate the release of our 4th EP "Starting Over" on July 15th, we are thrilled to announce KOIAI LIVE TOUR 2026 "Starting Over".
This will be a headline tour hitting 5 locations across Japan. (*Please note that the show format for the Tokyo performance will be different.)

●未就学児童入場不可となります。
●ご購入されたチケットは、理由の如何を問わず、取替・変更・キャンセルはお受けできません。
●第三者へのチケット転売または譲渡する行為は、目的･理由に関わらず一切禁止となります。チケットの譲渡・転売が発覚した場合は、チケット没収の上、退場していただきます。
●出演アーティストは都合によりキャンセル・変更となる場合があります。その際のチケットの払い戻しもいたしませんので予めご了承ください。
●チケットの紛失・破棄・盗難・破損・持ち忘れ、いかなる場合もチケットの再発行・入場はできません。
●当日、車椅子でご来場の方は、車椅子用の鑑賞スペースにご案内いたします。鑑賞スペース確保の都合上、チケットをご購入いただきましたら、公演1週間前までに公演お問い合わせ先までご連絡をお願いいたします。介助が必要な方のみお連れ様は1名様まで一緒にご覧いただけますが、必ずチケットが必要となります。また状況によってお連れ様はご自身のお席でご観覧をお願いする場合があるかもしれません。確認のため、障害者手帳等の証明書を拝見させていただく場合がございます。

■ Important Concert Guidelines & Policies
Age Restriction: Preschool-aged children (under school age) are not permitted entry.

No Changes or Cancellations: Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, changed, or canceled for any reason.

Resale and Transfer Prohibited: Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited, regardless of the reason or purpose. If illegal resale or transfer is discovered, the ticket will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the venue.

Lineup Changes: The performing artists are subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that no ticket refunds will be issued in such cases.

Ticket Loss or Damage: Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss, destruction, theft, damage, or forgetting to bring the ticket to the venue. You will not be allowed entry without a valid ticket.

Wheelchair Accessibility: A dedicated viewing area will be available for wheelchair users. To help us secure your space, please contact the concert inquiry line at least one week prior to the show date after purchasing your ticket.
One companion/caregiver may accompany you in the viewing area, but they must also possess a valid ticket. Depending on the venue's capacity, your companion may be asked to watch the show from their assigned seat instead. Please note that we may request to see your physical disability certificate or ID for verification.

Gifts and Flowers: We are unable to accept gifts, letters, or flowers for the artists at the venue.

Compliance with Staff Instructions: For security reasons, anyone who fails to follow the instructions of the venue staff will be asked to leave. In such cases, no ticket refunds will be provided.
